If that's an octopus, it's missing 4 arms... ; ) What's really amazing is the driver's skill; able to operate 4 arms while driving in a straight line. Thanks for sharing!
Steve Cheetah The banks are typically the same do he would have the one position to put them at and then either just watch to make sure they're at the right height or some may have height sensors in the cutters
What beautiful land! Instead of waste grass, some countries would have 30,000 people working that ditch raising vegetables. Seems to be where we are headed.
Sure, as a mechaniker ... you know, this was the typical attitude when the steam maschines started to appear. Destroy the evil maschines ... dude seriously? Are you living in the middleage? Driver as a profession maybe will dissappear in the future, but there gonna be different type of jobs opening.
@@jhoxihum3230well. It's not like this is the only job on the farm. He can do something else. Driver's role becomes more and more supervisory. The nextGen tractors are already using GPS mapping and a series of sensors and able to correct themselves up to some point. Next step from that is just full automation. Sure, this one will be harder to do than a field tractor, but you can imagine a series of sensors and cameras working to guide this contraption.
Sander De Vogelaere Dankje Sander!
Very impressive piece of equipment. But this is too easy, like driving a Ferrari in stop and go traffic. I want to see it on a narrow, curvy, hilly, road with boulders and heavy brush--and mailboxes to avoid.
Ok, so it's faster! But a lot of work for just one guy, i mean he has to drive a tractor and manually operated 4 arms at the same time!! He must how really big paycheck or this job just isn't worth the trouble!
Mack Thompson You are probably right. But I am sorry that you don't get sarcasm. Also, I may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but I know enough not to insult people I know nothing about. But hey, that may have been the environment you were raised in.
This is what you call a talented driver, hats off guys.

Love the "roar" of the Xerion and that operator has some skills!!! A bit of automation guidance when the heads are set would help.
I agree with "roar"...
***** of course sound...
yeah it takes a lot of skill to put an arm out 1 at a time then don't touch the arms and drive forward wow

Wow, what a time-saver! Very impressed with the driver managing to control all four arms at once.

driver inside deserves a medal
I wouldn't call it a nightmare machine. It makes the road look so pretty :)
Totally awesome! We use a single arm version of this here in Iowa. Saves our DOT bunches of man hours.
Coolest roadside mowing rig ever.
excelent vid as usual TS !
The driver is a hardcore gamer ofc ^^
BarBQandFun Thanks :-)
BarBQandFun
incredible machine.
to all the mechanics and engineers that built it.
Wat een fantastische machine, zeer efficiënt!
that is pretty cool. props to the opperator for controling it.
I'm impressed that the tractor doesn't tip over when all 4 arms are extended.
For some reason this is very soothing to watch.
awsome setup, I'd love to see more of this machine in action
Two technologies on display here. Besides the tractor, this is a very good demonstration of drone video.
That looks incredible hard. Lucky it is a straight road making it easier for him, but still!
Better master than machine is the driver... Great work, dude! :-)
the sound of these is just sooo satisfying
Now this, is multitasking!
Absolutely innovative.
That's just beautiful.
An amazing machine, but must be a hard job to keep all that hydraulic stuff maintained... Thanks ;-)
Great video love the Sound as well keep them coming
Happy Holidays Peace and Goodwill to you all.
Spiderman controls everything from helicopter....nice machine
Learn to control this machine is like playing games with 4 controllers !
What beautiful land! Instead of waste grass, some countries would have 30,000 people working that ditch raising vegetables. Seems to be where we are headed.
looks a lovely mornings work ,
Such a sexy machine.
George Saunders what you mean
Prachtige video!!
Well done! a nice toy.
India should adopt this machine
Very good job !
Nice IF you've got long straight ditches with no variation and a road @ the side. Sounds mint tho...
watching this was oddly satisfying..
awesome land netherland awesome machine .
Is that a public road? What happens if it meets something coming the other way?
AndreiTupolev it must be his fields, otherwise it would be government doing it.
Kordell B The government here often hires farmers or companies like this to mow the banks of the public roads.
oh right! That sounds more like it. I am in city so I dont know all that much. lol
Well would you just try and squeeze round him? :D
Good work buddy
nice video with claas xerion 3300 trac vc :)))
Very useful tool for zombie apocalypse
+Jeka Moving snow in winter? I wonder how much snow they could blast out the back of those beaters.
+watchthe1369 absolutely none.
Really? They way junk comes out the back, I thought it would move quite a bit. Never actually experimented though.
watchthe1369 Grass is fairly dense. Snow not so much.
pretty neat job
wow, quite the unit!
And one day it will be completely autonomous.
+BloodTar
Will you be giving that driver another job then?
Jhoxi Hum No. I didn't say that I liked what was coming....I just said it's inevitable.

That's kinda cool you only got one time but it does look like it would be kinda agervating to drive I guess once you got used to it would be ok maybe

Die Holländer eben!
Cool machine, but why must ditches be mowed in the first place, again?
I want one. Thats awesome.

Sander De Vogelaere Leuk!

Nice 👍
Xerion 😍
Really
THAT IS SO DAM AWESOME I WANT.IT
Woooow !!!
wonderful
Fantasties!
Held!
amazing !
how many brains does the driver have?!
Take that, Nature!
That is insane that 1 person is doing all those jobs and driving the tractor and leaves none of the cuttings in the ditch
That's insane!
When one of them hits a rock...
theoretically is It possible to get the 2 front arms on a 3pt or din mount for a unimog for highways verge / hedge mowing???
Trilegal!!

Do these machine have some sort of collision tolerance when the arms are colliding with a knoll?Like they give in without damaging the arms?
Beatiful
Ok, so it's faster! But a lot of work for just one guy, i mean he has to drive a tractor and manually operated 4 arms at the same time!! He must how really big paycheck or this job just isn't worth the trouble!
i think it is not that bad, you set them at the front of a ditch and just drive along.
Somebody at the bottom getting attacked by *10 billion 4 legged fuzzy things*
could prob get away with duals on the right side, or counter weights on other side.
Knöpfe, Knöpfe! Alles voller Knöpfe xD
2 hours running, 4 hours maintaining. Where is the counterweight?
That's what they make roundup for.
Paul Ogea spraying roundup near a waterway? not all that intelligent are you

Paul Ogea I am not "probably right" . I am 100% correct.
