That's Rajesh Cycle at sector 9 Noida, I was there to purchase cycle for my 3 year old and had very bad experience, Salesperson does not answer to any question clearly and thinks the customer is a fool and do not know anything. Trust me you could get exclusive deals on cycling brands and may sell expensive cycle, but if you do not treat your customer properly you will not survive. It's high time that customer in India are taken seriously. Brand like Decathlon ( and I am not endorsing them) are gaining popularity because of customer experience that they provide. In the end we purchased a cycle of 5.5K for our little one from Decathlon Noida store.

You can spec a bike as good as you want but TREK Is the iPhone of bicycles. They sell cuz of their brand name and united has to deliver on that front also if they want to compete with trek in the market.
