Artificial Intelligence Designed and 3D Printed This Car

- The Czinger 21C Hypercar was designed by Artificial Intelligence and 3D printed, and was manufactured and assembled using the world's most advanced production technologies.
Czinger 21C Hypercar has a price tag of 2 million dollars, it will have 2 electric motors on the front wheels, and a twin Turbo V8 Engine powering the rear wheels, with a total combined 1250 horsepower.
The company claims it can do 0-62mph in 1.9 seconds, with a top speed of 236mph.
But power and speed is not what makes this Hypercar special, it’s the fact the a lot of it’s parts were 3D printed using intelligent software.
Each component is computationally engineered and optimized for weight, efficiency and performance. Which means no more material is used than what is actually needed to meet Zinger's performance targets, resulting in parts that look almost organic in structure.

Very interesting how the biologic look is result of efficient placement and design.
Only just stumbled across this car and its extremely interesting to see the new technologies they are employing to design and manufacture the vehicle. The robotic production model is arguably the breakthrough in all of this, though I'm sure no-one can argue that the AI optimized components are a thing of beauty. It all makes traditional design and Sheetmetal look like a blacksmith!
As a car enthusiast with 10+ years of 3d printing knowledge, this is the fucking coolest car I've ever seen
Major auto makers are doing a "sinister" version of this - design a part in a computer and "wear" it for 100,000 miles and see if it breaks. Then design it thinner and lighter, one milometer at a time until it breaks. Then build the whole car to last 7 Yr/70K miles, get clear of the warranty and new car trade-in and financial loop, then the car can just "grenade" !!
Japan already does this, car are only designed to do about 50,000 miles, then they sell them second hand in mass overseas. Melbourne Australia Airport bought some to just run about the airport until they breakdown.
Hence the saying "they don't make them like they used to." All these car companies....and not only car companies there's a lot of other companies that are all about the bottom line, that Almighty dollar, they don't care about their customers and they don't care about their products just as long as it lasts until the warranty is done and then they try and get you back and buy another one.
Kind of sad really.
@@jonny555ive it truely is Jonny, i bought a bedside alarm clock 25 years ago, and still have it today, but just recently it has started making a hum noise, So i am trying to find a replacement clock, and I have truely been looking, I have gone through every clock on Amazon and every clock I think looks perfect for me, i read the reviews and no one like it, I bought one off amazon for $80 and OMG it's like a night light it so bright. I have visited every major retailor within 30 klms who sell clocks to see what they have and they are all crap. i just cannot find one.
I have had the same problem with headphone, i cannot find a replacement for my 5 year old headphones, I have bought like 5 pairs off amazon, received them, tried them, did not like them and returned them and i bought all the high end ones, costing like $300-500 they are all crap.
So currently I am still looking for a clock & headphones, but I have kind of given up out of frustration.

Just a suggestion,
Why don't you hit up some garage sales or maybe even some antique shops for stuff that was made back when it was "good" you never know you might be surprised you might find something that works just perfect for you, then again you might not. But you could take your wife/girlfriend or kids or a buddy and make a day out of it.......... if anything you'll build some good memories. But, that's just my two cents I always try to find the positive in any situation 👍👍

I don't think it can be called "AI"
It's an intelligent algorithm that produced the design so yes, it is an AI.
Interesting but you can't tell me that these guys aren't interested in its top speed. Their shoulders must have slumped when Tesla delivered (not announced) their first Model S with Plaid mode which can do 0-60 in 1.9 seconds AND seat 5 people (soon 7 again maybe). AND announced it wasn't going to release the Plaid'+' model which was going even faster (because just how fast does s large luxury saloon car need to go).
