Snake with a Shotgun, i like it. Frozen City needs a glowup similar to Polar Highlands, just ram a giant jumpship in the middle of it to function as a brawling zone, and prevent the entire enemy side of the map from being a sniper field.
I'm not sure what it is but it feels like Light mechs have this "shield" or something when they get hit by larger weapons that would rip components apart on bigger mechs. I'm not, you know, saying that Lights are OP but it just *feels* off when you're fighting a Light in a larger mech.
I have all kinds of problems with lights. Seems like I can hit them for a full burn of 4 medium lasers and they don’t receive 20 damage. It’s like there is some rounding down going on. This is the main reason I stick to PPC and AC weapons.
Might also be the crappy way mwo manages the sync between you and the target, you might see you are shooting their legs for example, they kind of move fast, the position where they are from your pov and where they really are might be slightly different, so like from your screen you think your laser burn fully hit them when actually half of it just went by
yeah well sadly pgi will never learn the problem with sniper maps if they allow weapons to do damage over X amount of range and is why i say cap damage to 900 meters
I play the Blood Asp a lot, I feel like you over-expose by about 15% when shooting. The mid level on your crosshairs is just enough peaking that you'd need to open fire with a Blood Asp.
hmm somehow this feels a bit like a worse version of yesterdays boomwalker to me, sure more ammo, faster and more cooling, high mounts, but still, im not really sure if its a real sidegrade and not a straight downgrade

there's a lot of silly factors, such as weapon spread and convergence, target armor quirks and hitboxes. little nuanced things like that.

If I only played what's FOTM and easy this channel would not have gone past 100 videos.
@@TTBprime Yes! Please keep doing weird builds. Some of your wonkiest ideas have been some of the most fun I've had with the game.
