These are typically the coaches that players respect and will work hard for. Viana is not a coach but a director. I believe he is or will be heading to Manchester City.

The variables used to calculate XG are so subjective and complete nonsense that I can't see how a team scores 4 goals plus additional shots on goal that the XG score can possibly be less than the actual goals. It's weird.

These players are not machines, and it will always takr a toll on them if not well managed.
