In this episode we continue our full time RVing journey through the great state of Iowa, USA. We find a nice little Army Corps of Engineers park in Muscatine, Iowa along the Mississippi River where we definitely hear the passing trains. But… The river is beautiful and the barge traffic entertaining. And so the adventure continues.

I have been following you guys since the days you had MiniLite and that storm almost crushed your TT. Want to mention diet I was one of those that read and watched Vids on YT on how awful meat was. So slowly I became vegan. But when I had blood work done my cholesterol & LDL was still high and my Triglycerides were boarder line from going into the red zone I knew it was in my genes. The Vegan lifestyle allowed me to lose 10 lbs. But had no affect on my blood work. A neighbor that was fighting Diabetes, I noticed he lost allot of weight and he said over 30 lbs this was 4 years ago. He went on Keto diet. And was able to go down to the smallest one pill dosage for diabetes. I wanted to change but it was hard for me mentally due to indoctrination of Vegan supported videos although no mention of vegan supported vids. Yet their fully backed! So finally I went into Keto diet and today I have lost 25 lbs and my triglycerides are at normal levels but my cholesterol & LDL are still above normal then I had a an LPa blood work and turns out i don’t have the sticky LDL. My CT scan came back with a score of 5 which is nothing. My doctor said would need to see a score of 100 or higher for her to conduct more test. As of today my weight is 172 @ height of 5.9/5.In-fact i don’t eat much chicken which is poison and turkey makes no difference! If you really believe those videos you need to completely come away from meat altogether. Today I introduce more fat into my diet then ever before! Fat not carbs. It’s now 2 years. And it’s my life style. And have toned and have much more definition not fat.
Wow Jesse! You have done an amazing job and have improved your health, that’s fantastic! I also live a low carb lifestyle as much as possible. I look and feel better! I mainly eat fats like avocados and cheese, etc. But, when it all comes down to it, I’m a moderation person. I try to get some exercise and eat well. I would have a really hard time being vegan as I grew up in the north 🇨🇦 eating moose meat and fish.

Perhaps you should change your last names to Kardashian 🤣. Never watched them & have no clue who they are or why their " famous ". But rest assured, the subscribers you do have are loyal ❤. Love the RV life song at the seven-minute mark. I wrote" Can't get there from here" about one of our adventures. We always play it with our group in Az. We are currently near the Olympic National Park staying at a casino. Travel safe. Burlington Bill busking on the road and here on You-Tube.

I use ear plugs and we turn our AC fan from auto to low or med. it helps with traffic noise, train horns not so much! Safe travels
