That is originally a left hand drive car converted to right hand drive. Its a left hand drive bulkhead. Looks like somebody just changed the dashboard hence the welding. Not so good.
They didn’t show the firewall area to determine if it was a left hand drive car. I don’t think it was a left hand drive car. If they had replaced the firewall to convert it, you would see welds on the left and right hand sides of the car.
