- In this episode of Lauren of All Trades... Lauren goes on a tour of Carnival Horizon's Havana Bar and Private Havana sun deck & pool.
This area of the ship is identical or nearly identical on Vista and Panorama.
To get access to the outside Havana area/bar/pool, you have to book a Havana cabin which are found in the interior, balcony, and suite cabin categories.

Booked a Havana cabana for my May cruise. Is there a person at the door checking wristbands? Or how is it enforced
There is a crew member outside by the door. They aren't obnoxious about checking, but they are definitely looking. Havana guests also have different colored towels in their cabins.

How was your b experience with the havana area were people sneaking in ??
@@bigguy1403 the staff was very good at getting people before they even got in, there was usually a staff member stationed near the entrance through the bar side and they would tell people it was a private area just for guests with those types of rooms. They didn’t even let people just “look around”. It definitely was a nice upgrade and it was never packed. I had the hot tub to myself multiple times.
Also, they put a sticker on your sail and sign card.
is it 24hrs or just a part of the day that it is exclusive?
It's not open 24 hours, but for the hours that it's open, it is exclusive to Havana cabin guests. (If you read differently elsewhere, that's because it changed in 2019).

If I have a ocean suite I’m I able to go the Havana area
On Vista class (Vista, Horizon, and Panorama), only Havana cabins and Grand Suites can use the Havana outdoor area.
For Excel class (Mardi Gras, Celebration, and Jubilee), only Havana cabins have access.
