I finally got the opportunity to watch Part 3 and I am just so emotional watching my beautiful sathi Yang cook her delicious food and to hear the lively conversation between her and Neeru❤️❤️. Again such a well made video. I was drooling all over the phone watching my sathi’s simple, homemade food cooked with so much love. Her love for her favorite mustard oil, and dalle really shines through. Hahaha I remember the first time I made her kinema anda hahaha I was so worried my husband would be put off by the smell that I had to go outside and cook it and boil a lot of cinnamon and aromatic spices to get rid of the aroma which we love before he came home. This video makes me just so happy. Thank you so much for it. Yang, watching you eat with your hands brought so many memories of you and me eating so much food in that Naga restaurant in Delhi remember. It was so nice to see Ola, here too and you know what made me happiest, it was seeing Rajesh and I again cried when Rajesh was mentioned in the credits. Just got some dallay yesterday all the way from Sikkim to Dubai ..... Whenever m coming back from my vacation and if you'll check my luggage then ull find lots of different types of dry meats, dallay (fresh , paste and two three bottles of soaked ones) , dry kinama and so many home made things.... just miss my place .. I finally got the opportunity to watch Part 3 and I am just so emotional watching my beautiful sathi Yang cook her delicious food and to hear the lively conversation between her and Neeru❤️❤️. Again such a well made video. I was drooling all over the phone watching my sathi’s simple, homemade food cooked with so much love. Her love for her favorite mustard oil, and dalle really shines through. Hahaha I remember the first time I made her kinema anda hahaha I was so worried my husband would be put off by the smell that I had to go outside and cook it and boil a lot of cinnamon and aromatic spices to get rid of the aroma which we love before he came home. This video makes me just so happy. Thank you so much for it. Yang, watching you eat with your hands brought so many memories of you and me eating so much food in that Naga restaurant in Delhi remember. It was so nice to see Ola, here too and you know what made me happiest, it was seeing Rajesh and I again cried when Rajesh was mentioned in the credits. Yang, Ola and Rajesh were so hospitable and warm when we visited them. This video was shot on my birthday and they arranged a cake for me. I wish I could try Yangchen’s exotic food. I saw in your blog they have a hotel, wondering if they serve authentic home cooked meal at the restaurant. I would travel just to eat the country chicken, beef jerky almost everything she cooked. I am salivating right now seeing you guys eat. BTW, you both seem very grounded and fun loving people.
We have a restaurant 🤗 I don't cook there but I do make food on special order if guests request ahead. 🤗

Just got some dallay yesterday all the way from Sikkim to Dubai .....
Whenever m coming back from my vacation and if you'll check my luggage then ull find lots of different types of dry meats, dallay (fresh , paste and two three bottles of soaked ones) , dry kinama and so many home made things.... just miss my place .. Home is Home
