Kirk's gotta be one of the nicest most thoughtful people on the Tube, love his stuff...........
@kirkfletcher is awesome!
favourite blues player so far!
Kirk feels so genuine it's very refreshing!
Such a great guitar player, seen him playing many times. 🙏
Wonderful number ! Not only the guitar of Pete Carol is a real gem but the voices Oh my what a wonderful array of singing harmonies
Best 'Hooked' yet, great tune and a really great story, thanks !
Kirk - love your share. I don' know nuttin' 'bout no Dixie Hummingbirds, but for sure I'm gonna dig there now. Thanks!
Awesome!
He swings!!
Now you’re talkng brother Kirk! That song changed my musical life too in the mid. 1980’s & heard & found the connection between Swing, Jump Blues, Rockabilly & etc. & became a gospel & Dixie Hummingbirds fan. And fortunately saw them 3 times live & even once with the great Howard Carroll!
Howard was a legend
Totally Rockabilly!! Great video and guitar playing!
Dude,now you talking about a legend...Howard Carroll was the first, and for over 50 years was the guitarist/baritone singer and trendsetter in gospel quartet guitar players.
Now I know where that Third Rock From The Sun theme song originated from.
Man I tried to sign up for lessons with you and found it very hard to get it going
Too many “U No’s” wot?
