Much respect to Rwanda for implementing an open and safe capitalist system. This country is going to boom pretty fast. Hope the locals are benefiting a great deal as well. This definitely looks like a place I would feel safe investing unlike the rest of east Africa. African governments need to realize a country’s stability is the only doorway to prosperity and economic growth. Rwanda is doing an outstanding job luring investors in.

Also, look at international business indices, ease of doing business, registrations, chamber of commerce... etc. A little research goes a long way.

I'm working the process... got my land, I'm still in the diaspora, identified a high value agricultural product in demand, I'm halfway through building 2 workers' quarters, the office and one of the four planned growing areas. Electricity, city water and sewer system should be done in the next 6 to 8 weeks prayefully. I'm a super excited! My family in Africa has been very supportive so that I don't have to keep paying to fly back and forth. I intend to start growing and going to market with the first round of produce early to mid next year. Thank you very much.

Rwanda is probably the safest country in Africa. Only question I’d have, is what happens after Kagame passes on and there’s a change of ruler…he’s ruled that country with a strong hand for 30 years, so don’t think Rwandans have truly worked through their post genocidal trauma, just swept it under the carpet and can’t even talk about their ethnicities any longer. Beautiful safe country but not sure what comes after it’s current strong ruler…hope they do have strong institutions and laws that will transition power seamlessly So to answer you, you can absolutely be safe as a woman or man there…by all accounts, there’s no threat of violence from anyone for foreigners and locals alike…it’s safe everywhere but like everywhere just apply modicum of common sense. So I’d say go study there and experience the people and their culture.good luck with the studies

I recognized the Rwandan Rasta man, he lived and worked with the legendary Bob Marley.💚 For land transfer it takes time to change the system because all land of Rwanda is registered and mapped per land plots and ownership. So you can still do whatever you want with your land after you get the land title as long as it is approved even before land is fully transferred into your names.
