This is the theme of the 'Hidden Leaf Village' stage. In EX, certain stages from past games are conjoined into one environment as a result of the EX sub-series adding "stage transitions". Stage transitions happen when a character is propelled past a certain threshold and a game of 'mix or match' ensues. The first part of this stage is "Hokage's Mansion" and the second is "Rāmen Ichiraku".

Gonna be honest, I like this theme over the classic Leaf Village theme from GNT 1-4. Dunno why. The original is still super nostalgic though. This is just a catchier tune.
