First step is to understand which section are you facing issues in?
Since you are already at 110(low-range score) in practice test, making few changes to your answers can help you achieve the score that you are aiming.

This test is examined by Artificial Intelligence since you correctly mentioned reason as to so many students taking test and also because of improved technology.
This is reason why my recommendation in speaking included being clear and concise so as to AI to understand and mark you.
i scored 125 but i want 140 and i am scoring 120-130 in my practice test .My problem area is production .

To improve your production score, you need to practice how to describe the image and speak about the image question types. These contributes the most to production scores.

There could be either of something missing in your answers.
It could be Fluency/pronunciation in speaking or vocabulary/correct grammar in writing or spelling in complete the text, etc.
In my suggestion, try improving these individual points mentioned above. This could help you better formulate your answers and might improve your score.
Can I use external keyboard?
I gave my exam and they said we couldn't confirm that you have completed your written sections independently.
What is the reason behind it?

Certainly, you can use an external keyboard for your exam. The only thing to take care while doing so is that you don't keep switching between the laptop's keyboard and external keyboard. Use either of one for the entire test.
I believe, they suspect that there was someone who helped you during your writing section, based on the reason provided.
Make sure that you look at screen little by little even while typing. Best practice is type the word and see on screen if it is correct.

I think "Away from screen" reason of invalidation is given in case when you have keep you eyes off the screen in section such as speaking.

You have to remember to keep you eyes on screen for the duration of entire test. Only in writing section you can look at your keyboard while typing.
Can I open my account for exam on google chrome

Yes, you can create an account on google chrome on DET website and also you can appear for test from there.
I would recommend using the DET application which you can download from here to appear for test.

Mainly because there are many cases where website freezes in the middle of test.
In the end we have 3 minutes speaking part these part included in marking criteria.

Sir i give duolingo test many time and i got 110 every time....i need atleast 115 and 100 in each module...i can not got 100 in production...it's always stop between the 85-95...in every module i got more than 100 but production is more difficult for me....after changing the rule i got 110-130 in my practice test...but at the middle of the main exam i was very fraid for the speaking....sir can you plaase tell me what can i do for improve my score in real test...?? To overcome the nervousness while speaking, you need to try to speak only in English at least for few weeks before exams. This will help you build confidence.
I think that production score can be increased if you make below changes to your current speaking and writing answers.
Try to use the structure format for answering your questions. Like Intro+ Main Ideas+ Conclusion.
Secondly, learn linking words and add them to your sentences to make them complex.
Learn variety of vocabulary and use synonyms instead of using same words again and again.
So, there aren't specific materials that you can use. However, you continue doing speaking tasks on the practice test on DET website. I am currently working on creating a video on sample question and answers for speaking topic. I'll let you know once that's out.
I believe scoring above 100 in production and subsequent modules and will definitely help you in achieving your desired score of 115. Focus more on improving your writing and speaking skills as they are one that will help you increase production score.

I don't think you can appear for test using mobile phone. They have mentioned on their website that you need a working laptop/ Desktop to appear for certified test.

Is 115-125 is good enough in practice test

I think it depends on what is your target score.
If you are aiming to score 115 to 120 in certified test, then I believe consistent score of 115-125 in practice test should be good enough.
I got reply from duolingo after my test that there are some programs at background but I didn’t know what is happening.i gave duolingo exam twice and it’s uncertify by them for that reason if somebody can help me I will be grateful

what are your individual subscores? That can help us judge where the work is needed the most.
Production 75 conversation 100 literacy 90 and in other 105 overall 95 how can I boost my overall i need 105 overall

To Improve your production score, you'll have to change the few things in your answers for speaking and writing sections.
Learn few synonyms, so that you can add variety of words in your answer to show off vocabulary.
Try to learn some linking words as they would make your sentences complex.
try forming your answer in the Intro+Main idea+conclusion for both speaking and writing answer.
