Mainly students face issues with achieving good production score. In that case, make sure you understand the writing and speaking question. Secondly, make sure that you answer what is being asked. 115 is a good score.
Increasing it to 120 will require you to make few changes to your answer in speaking and writing section.
Learn few synonyms, so that you can add variety of words in your answer to show off vocabulary.
Try to learn some linking words as they would make your sentences complex.
This should definately edge up your score to 120.

The scores on practice test cannot be used to determine the score on actual test.
Your score completely depends on your ability to answer the question correctly and with minimum errors as possible.
Despite practicing a lot, my score remains between 105 -115 in Duolingo practice test while my target score is 120 overall, with at least 110 in each sub-score and could you also suggest me how to improve vocabulary.

I think you're almost there as your score is around 105-115.
You definitely need to work on vocabulary so that you can avoid using same words again and again.
Additionally, work on sentence formation by using this structure(Intro+main idea+conclusion).
Moreover learn some linking words and how to use them in a sentence.

No, there are no negative marking in Duolingo English Test.
Both comprehension and conversation contribute to your production score. In order to increase it, I would suggest you learn few synonyms, so that you can add variety of words in your answer to show off vocabulary.
Try to learn some linking words as they would make your sentences complex.
Try forming your answer in the Intro+Main idea+conclusion for both speaking and writing answer.
Lastly, 115 is a good score. By changing few parts of your answers, you will be able to achieve your desired score.

Practice test score cannot be corelated to score on certified test.
Practice tests are just meant to give students feel about how the actual test will be and what should they expect.
Score on certified test completely depends on your ability to answer all the question types.

Sir! In practice test am constantly getting around 120-130 130-140 125-135.
I need around 110 overall and 100 above in subscores.

Consistent score of 130 or more is really good.
But I would just want you to know that scores in practice test doesn't guarantee the score in certfied test.
If you perform the same as you do in your practice test, there are high chances that you'll score high.

Scoring 85 should not be hard. But also let me tell you that scores in practice test does not guarantee the same score on certified test. It completely depends on how well you answer questions.

I think it is doable if you focus on your core development areas. Try to find out if Speaking is what you need more attention to or is it writing.
I strongly recommend learning some advance vocabulary and structuring your answer in the form of Intro + Main Idea + conclusion. Practice until you perfect it.
Again, I think it's doable if you focus and work accordingly.

So for this scenario of invalidation, I believe you might have seen outside of the screen for extended time or your speaking speed was too fast or too slow.
I would suggest you to keep your speed of speech as normal as possible. Do not rush it. It should feel natural.
Also make sure that you only look at the screen while answering the speaking section. Don't move your eyes here and there during the test.

The chances of test getting invalidated are more in such cases.

I believe getting hold of speaking will take a bit of a daily practice. It is definitely achievable. My advice will be to watch English content web series and read magazines or newspapers daily to begin with. Try to speak with your friends in English whenever possible.

So, practice test scores help us understand two things.
Firstly, it tells you what your current English skill level. Secondly, you get an idea on how you need to perform to get the score that you desire on your certified test.
In your case 120-130 is a good score. If you are consistent in scoring 120-130 in practice test, there are high chances that you will score anywhere between 120 to 130 if you perform the same on your actual test.
However, you need to remember that scores in practice test does not GUARANTEE you the same score on certified test.
What advice would you suggest me to increase the same score from (120/30) and make 130+ because I need 130 at least and I do not have many days to prepare

So, in case where you want to increase your score from 120 to 130, you will have to make some changes to your answer to boost up your production score.
Try to make less grammatical mistakes in a sentence for both speaking and writing. Linking words and additional vocab would definitely help you boost your production score.
And like I mentioned in the video, form your answer in the form of simple and understandable structure (Intro + Main Idea + Conclusion).
How much paragraph should be there in 5 mins writing and also in 3 mins counter questions writing ?

It really depends on your speed of writing.
If your typing speed is good, I feel three paragraph should be enough to get a high score.
But one thing to make sure is that you need to structure your answer in the form of Intro + main idea + conclusion tk maximize your scoring.

No if you connect the keyboard the exam will get invalid and you have to purchase the test again.

Yes, you can attach an external keyboard and a mouse as per DET team.
The only thing that you need to take care of is to make sure that you use only one keyboard, wither the external one or the laptop one.
If you keep switching between the two, DET team will think that you are being helped by someone.

Your individual sub scores suggest that you are good in all the sections, however, to improve your score beyond 115, you'll have to make sure that you are making less errors.
Check for small issues like punctuation and spellings. Check for your pronunciation.
If you correct these mistakes, I think it will edge up your score to 120 and beyond

So, it entirely depends on how well you have prepared and how confident you are in that time frame.
In my opinion, hurrying up without you being confident is not going to help you in getting your desired score.
I normally ask students to practice until the low range score in practice test is what you are trying to achieve and this way, you'll be bit more confident of what kind of performance do you need to achieve same score in certified test.
