Edit: also something i remember from an interview years ago, its actually a sample of a sample that was used in a song by an LA artist called Chxpo so because of the editing for the sample, then edited again for No Jumper, its pretty far from the original as far as fair use laws and isnt long enough to be infringment even if it was a direct sample.
