  • Ceviche is an incredibly refreshing accompaniment to any meal. But I wanted to put a spin on the traditional preparation by grilling the seafood first, which is what I do in this video as I make Grilled Lobster & Shrimp Ceviche.
    Ceviche Ingredients
    1 lb Shrimp
    2 small Lobster Tails
    Zest Of 2 Limes
    Juice Of 5 Limes
    1 Jalapeno
    1 medium Red Onion
    2 Roma Tomatoes
    1 bunch Cilantro
    Avocado To Garnish
    Salt & Pepper To taste
Tongs used in this video are prototype aluminum tongs from Shark BBQ: sharkbbq.com/

The grilled lobster and shrimp is perfect for this. That char on the shrimp is pure heaven as you know. There is nothing I don't like about this including the cilantro and avocados. Love them all! NICE!

I'm one of those who REALLY don't like cilantro. It's like I'm tasting soap. But it's the only ingredient in this dish I don't like and easy to leave out. So yumyum😊👍

I don't dislike cilantro, I just don't like it when people use too much of it, it can be overpowering. This looks very good, I like that you put the avocados on last as well. going to have to try it. I did not know they made a searing plate like that for the Weber, might have to look into that too..........like I need another piece of equipment laying around. :-) Thanks Ry.

I've got to try this. I like to do the recipes exactly like shown, at least the first time. But, the wife doesn't like certain things (ie. Jalapeño), so she wants me to leave it out. Then you are missing the actual experience. I guess I could do two batches. We'll see. Great video by the way. Ron
