I haven't started watching yet but I really hope that this means 100% in each level first time without going back to levels. That's how I played the first time and it was actually really fun creating weird strategies to get every optional objective with my sub-par kit instead of doing a run through of the bare minimum, collecting money, then going back through for the full 100% with everything unlocked.

i can barely do the bare minimum required with even just 2 minutes, but here is some one just going balls to the wall through these with the normal timer
It might have been two years since you posted this and maybe it isn't the world record anymore but if it is, are you aware you can go faster if you sort of horizontally prop-climb? If you repeatedly grab and let go of an object, you can both move it and maintain collision with it. If you do this on top of, say a pallet, and you sort of toss that pallet towards the direction you want to go, you can go way faster than just walking normally. You can also do this to completely bypass water, maintain collision and keep it above the water, and keep sort of tossing it in your desired direction. I say sort of toss it because I don't know how throwing might go. I do kind of a combination of jerking the camera upwards facing the direction and making the prop go farther with scroll wheel. This can work with anything, including debris as long as it's not small enough to be culled by the engine (won't collide with you at all if it is)
The run and gun ones without much setup have me salty that they go so cleanly... the ones where it's speed setup on the gallup on the other hand are really satisfying.
