It’s very cute. I can’t believe six kids live in there. But makes you realize you don’t need a huge house to be comfortable. That’s how they lived in the olden days.

The home looks wonderful, what a great vision she has. I love the combination of all the styles together. I just can't get passed being minimalistic. I love organized clutter I guess. Thank you for the tour.
I found I like clutter sometimes and minimal at others so I have rooms with clutter and minimalistic rooms.
You would never know that kids live in that house, very little seating in both the kitchen and living room. I wonder where they all sit to eat dinner, but it is cute
I was thinking that same thing when I looked at the table:) maybe she puts in a table leaf and pulls up some more chairs.

I love the house we just purchased a home built in 1940 and it is full of shiplap I want to expose but I keep hearing that this look is on the way out have you heard that? I was exposing my shiplap in 1980 and have always loved it.
I’m sure the trend is probably on the way out since most trends come and go, however I think if it’s a look you love, there is nothing wrong with embracing it. Oh his home had a fresh cottage feel and I was honk that wood walls are always in style.
