It's all about electric signal which stimulate your brain.. people can do it without instrument too.. through some powerful thought.. which people used to do in occult practices.. where they could control and manipulate anyone.. use them for wrong doings
And what does this suggest to me? That if someone has money to buy that technology he could manipulate another person against his will. And he could force her to do awful things. What is the ultimate purpose of these technologies? Why was time spent on them? The best thing is, take advantage of the time and money to create superfood production technologies, super nutritious, easy to produce, that do not involve killing animals. Why don't these scientists show us people developing super plants capable of feeding a family?

If a person could manipulate other person with this technology the other person should rest his organ in order to give the control over to the controller So what makes sense is a person can't manipulate the others to do awful things without the others will....it's not against their will.
