what could be aspects I should consider when I want to compare the meaning of blood in this scene and in 2.1.33?

Blood doesn't figure greatly in this scene. It mostly symbolizes guilt and violence (murder) in the play as a whole. In what context is it mentioned in here? Twice in reference to lineage, I believe. "The nearer in blood (lineage) the nearer bloody" (violence).
