When things, times, and people are set apart to God, they are made holy by his presence.
It is the presence of God that makes something holy.
This dispositional holiness is achieved by the presence of God.
If the presence of God can be trapped in a place that place becomes a holy place.
If the presence of God can be trapped in a time that time becomes a holy time.
If the presence of God can be trapped in a thing, that thing becomes holy.

In new covenant the presence of God is carried by a man/woman having the HolySpirit (God's Spirit from HolyGhost baptism) & he must be living holy free from sexual sin which defiles God's Temple which is your Spirit man (body).
Presence of God increases in a HolyGhost baptized Christian living holy & righteous, sacrifice of fasting, Bible study, obedience to calling, & fellowship.
