Joshua Ian One of the things I’ve considered on this is the budget of a project. The cost of hiring some of the actors is likely out of reach for some studios. While I couldn’t speak directly how the actors themselves feel about certain projects, I wouldn’t presume they don’t do these roles because they’re haughty and too good for them.

TH-cam recommendations, I ask for so little. All I ask is that if one of my favorite voice actors has an active TH-cam channel, _YOU LET ME KNOW SOONER!_ Anyway, I have 2 assumption: 1) I assume voice actors purposefully mess up lines sometimes to have some fun, and 2) that that cactus has a name.
I can't speak for sure but I'm guessing so for the first one since we do this in drama sometimes just messing around, though it isnt recommended when it is actually showtime tho but assuming this is through recording, they would just go over it
Danganronpa anime, they accidentally left in a scene where a character says “I don’t get it, I’m pretty sure I died” so there’s totally some truth in that first one

It's funny how voice acting always seems so much easier than it actually is. Like, when you imagine yourself voice acting, you always think "I can totally do that! That sounds sooo easy!", but then if you actually try to voice act, you find that it's a *lot* harder than you thought...

I loved your voice acting as Operator 6O in NieR Automata! :) It was rather amusing how they stuck her, the bubbly (usually), emotional (remember "emotions are prohibited"), and random conversational as 2B (acted) very businesslike, unemotional, and stiff to cover her true feelings. The funniest part is when she told her of being rejected and was an emotional mess that 2B had no idea how to handle and the saddest was the part about the flowers which I won't spoil for anybody hasn't played. It really was one of the most heart wrenching parts of the game (if you did the flower quest).
i wish everyone would know that about all voice actors that its not a necessity to be able to do a million voices and that's not what defines a voice actor. Its really awesome that you addressed that point that some people have just a single voice and are damn good at it. Great vid Cassandra u always inspire me as a voice actress!

Taiga Aisaka from Toradora was the first character whose voice seemed perfectly matched to the point it feels like Taiga Aisaka is the original character for the voice (My opinion) An outstanding voice acting and one ill always remember.

Voice actors have to... Practice lines for a project (Study lines) and spend hours recording the same lines for voice directors to hear which line works best for the scene. (Currently looking into voice acting myself 😁😂)
sort of interesting that Morris's "normal" voice is very similar to morgana's. I've played many games (tales of graces, danganronpa,) with Morris acting and could never figure it out.
