Excellent video. The content is just what I needed. Your style of presentation. Comforting voice and pace is just right. High quality and very professional. Subscribed and signed up to seats.aero using your link for a test run.
That was the best tutorial I’ve seen for this tool! I would venture that you’ve got training/instructional design experience or just naturally gifted at exposition.
Thanks for letting me know! And I am so glad I didn't overwhelm you with too much information. I worry about that so it's nice to hear that there are other detail-oriented people out there too! 😅😂
I'm so glad you like Seata.aero as much as I do. I actually just used the QSuites finder tool to book a QSuite for March! Also, thanks for using my link!! 😁
Great video, I never really looked into the Route statistics feature. I love seats.aero to look for long-haul business class flight routes. I wish they had better support for smaller airports though!
Thank you! :) I am lucky to be near O'Hare, so luckily the smaller airport issue is not a problem for me, but I can see how it would be for some people. The statistics are always very interesting - but can be depressing at times 😂
@@michaelwhitney2206 thanks for the information! I just wish their free version offered more options. I feel like Seats.Aero's free version is a bit more helpful. But honestly, the competition between all these new search sites is great for all of us! :)
@@michaelwhitney2206 It's been a minute since I've checked out Roame tbh, I've mostly been using PointsYeah for a lot of my searches with smaller airports and specific dates. I've been meaning to explore and experiment with more of the award search tools out there.
Some airlines will hold it for you, and some won't. I have had good luck with both Air France and American Airlines fwiw. It's frustrating when it can't be held because there's always the risk that the points will take time to transfer, and in the meantime, someone will buy the seat. All in all, though, I have been very lucky and have never lost out on a flight this way. Good luck!!
Yes search each flight separately. If there's no availability, you can set an alert if you have a subscription, and if not, just keep checking back. The more flexible you can be, the more likely you'll find a flight.
@@drewc4054 The tools I know and use do not allow it, but honestly, I don't think it would be useful. It's better to search for segments separately when looking for availability.
You missed a great feature....once you click the information tab and it brings up the airline flight options.....select the booking you want but I always click on each additional way to book since sometimes there are lower point options available.......
I have a pro membership but it may be useless. It seems like this program only searches direct flights but not actual routes from let's say BOS to BKK. I hope I am wrong.
Good news - you are wrong 😅It does search indirect and direct routes, so I wonder if you selected the Direct Flights Only option without knowing it (it's under advanced features). I just ran the BOS to BKK search myself, and pulled up 16 pages of results. So check your filters, and hopefully this will fix things for you :)
I'm not exactly sure what you mean. If you're talking about Google flights, that's a search tool for cash flights. This is aimed at helping you find award availability (using credit card points). Hope this helps!
@@MelsMilesandPoints What I mean is I can use Google Flights to do the same search and know which flights I can use points on without paying someone $100/year or $10/month. Its not difficult.

Thanks so much! I really appreciate the positive feedback ♥️
Mel - you are simply the best at teaching this in the most succinct way possible👍🏾👍🏾
Thank you!! 😄❤️
Great video! You should also be an audio book reader with such a soft spoken voice.
Aww thank you! 🥰
100% Yes, I would enjoy a hotel.aero video as well. As a detailed oriented person, I really enjoy your amazing videos and reviews . 😊

You might try roame travel, which does include smaller airports as a starting point. Works much the same as seats.aero, with a nicer interface.

Great video, Thank you!
Glad you liked it!
its helpful thanks
You're welcome 😁
Looking forward to jump into the flight award game soon. 🥴
You won’t regret it!! 😄
If we do manage to find a flight, should we call the airline to have them hold it at the price while the points transfer?

great video, these are all one way ticket? I would do the same on dates coming home? if there aren't any within a month what do people do?

Are the flights always one way?
Yes because with award flights, it's much easier to find availability when looking for one flight at a time 😄
