- Wild Horse starring Hoot Gibson is a classic film uploaded from the www.westernsont... archive collection. In this full length western movie Jim Wright and his buddy Skeeter Bill Burke are cowboys who work on ranches and compete at rodeos. Col. Ben Hall offers $1000.00 to any one who can catch the wild horse everyone calls The Devil. So Jim and Skeeter ride out to capture the mustang and split the thousand dollars. But other cowboys are also after the outlaw horse including Gil Davis who will stop at nothing to possess the horse and acquire the reward money. Will Jim and Skeeter succeed and overcome a villains plans? Or will one of the other wranglers capture the prize? There is a bit of silly comedy in this one that is typical of the over the top comical routines of the time. This production was originally released in 1931. Great show. Timing is HORRIBLE! To feature a movie with a stereotypical mumbling black man during these racial riots could cause a lot of backlash. I don't want people to demand that these old clips are destroyed as so many statues have been. I am glad we as a country have come a long way. I wish we would get credit for how far we've come as we continue to move forward.

Hi Reginald, When I was a kid and I watched some of the notable characters who played theses parts. And I laughed at the routine they play. Never thinking that they might be, being mocked. Remember lots of other nationalities, played theses routines. I am an old guy and my feelings are a bit different today. I would of like to ask him how he felt. We are so programmed to how we should feel. When you don’t know history, true historical events, it’s easy to be played. This stuff has been going on since man beginning. It’s still going on around the world. Mankind is his own worst enemy.

I only wish my people would not try so hard to be apart of the people that ancestors stole us and put us into captivity,but I understand now it because of how my ancestors chose to worship other GODS instead of the GOD that has picked us to be his people that are c,allied by his name he gave us Israel based on the Bible, in Deuteronomy 28 the curses and blessings,the Holy Spirit has opened my eyes to know who we are as a people because no one has been through the things we have been through since the beginning of man . so I understand that the first becomes last and the last become first.
