The “Bouchon of Utah” is a great Provo, UT date night spot! 📍Bistro Provenance

Restaurant shortcuts help me arrange food in my mind - especially with all the new menus I’m getting introduced to.
Bistro Provenance in Provo is good example of this to me that I deemed The “Bouchon of Utah.” I’ve had Bouchon a few times (in the Ventetian tower in Vegas) and this reminded me of it - ambiance, menu, flavors. We liked everything we got! Good fries, flavorful burger, good mushroom pasta, rich dessert. If you mimic our order then you’ll walk out happy. Looking forward to visiting again and try some of the other options.
Provo is getting to be hotter food hotspot by the day. I’m loving the restaurants that have popped up in the last year.

We made reservations because it was the weekend. Weekday you shouldn't have to unless it's a holiday.
