The guy who said the women are beautiful is a simp no man or woman should respect. It’s to many other respectable who wouldn’t have seen the need to mention something so pointless

Took me 10 years to power clean 315lbs. Tore my bicep going for 315lb.

The clean seems a bit easier than the snatch for athletes

Yes but it can be strenuous on your elbow and wrist so some athletes might prefer the snatch

Or you can Do just the snatch high pull

IMO the snatch technique is easier than cleans. The only difficult part about the snatch technique is the overhead position. Cleans require good shoulder, back, and wrist mobility. IMO you can get your first power snatch during the very first training session. The movement is very intuitive. Cleans on the other hand are trickier. You might need some time to get the movement down. Still both are great exercises and have the similar effect. If I were to choose only one I'd pick the snatch.

Lasha was near 183kg at that competition so he's only snatching 90 lbs. above bodyweight

The clean was how I beat my friend in our power lifting competitions he bench pressed more than me. And I didn’t have to figure why! Back in 1986. He had me bring him to a drug dealer’s house! lol! He left a thing without a syringe, in the glove box of my car! I figured out, as to why he could bench press so much weight. I could clean 265 lbs while weighing 185 pounds. He was in 10th grade, I was in 11th grade. He benched 310. I benched a measly 285! I smoked cigarettes. He shot up steroids! I beat him with my clean for our weight class🤭 lol

I mean he does weigh 370 lbs lol that’s how physics works. It’d be mind blowing if he was like 250 lbs snatching 495

Yeah the body weight ratio isn’t amazing as compared with smaller guys who snatch like 170kg at 77kg body weight

The Sinclair Coefficient is is an mathematical equation that is used to compare weightlifters with different bodyweights. Lasha may not be at the top of that list (Pocket Hercules has that title), BUT he is still the strongest weightlifter there has ever been. It's hard for me to even fathom holding 500lbs over my head.

If you look at a literal goat athlete and say it's not that mind blowing that should probably be a clue that your reasoning is wrong
