Life Orb increases the damage of every attack you use by 30% regardless of wether it's physical or special but you lose 10% of your life every time. It's propably my most favorite battle item and perfect for fast sweepers. Btw, abilities like Magic Guard and Sheer Force bypass the life cost

Wouldn’t really work that fair unless they do a best of 3 in both 6v6 singles and vgc2021, joey and wolfey play massively different formats... even then I think they’d just beat each other 3-0 in the respective format they’re taught

The extended story of the Norse and the English is actually very interesting. As the viking Rollo gained a french ducal lands by becoming christian and defending from other viking raids. From this region named Normandy, did William the Conqueror successfully attack the English and was crowned as the first Norman King of England.
Watching this video really helped me truely value the pokemon knowledge I've accumulated over my years as a fan. I surprisingly knew a bit more than I expected, from both sides as well! and now the questions I didn't know, now I do! This just proves their are many different kinds of smart, even in the world of pokemon!!
