    Does it have to be bread flour or can it be all purpose flour?

    That looks so good! Imma try it! Btw, is bread flour the same with all purpose four? Can you also please have the American measurements please? It’ll be much easier 😘. Thank you

      Thank you ! 💜 Bread flour is stronger than all purpose flour and can handle more water. You can still use all purpose flour for this recipe, you just have to use less water. I unfortunately don't have the American measurements 😔. I measure all my recipes in grams for improved accuracy and can't give you my own tested conversions. But here's a link to a good conversion calculator www.thecalculatorsite.com/cooking/cups-grams.php Hope this helps and thanks for watching 🙂

    excellent tutorial, thank you! Can I ask if you have any books you recommend to learn about baking? (How did you even learn about the tanhzhong method??)

      Hi! Unfortunately I haven't read many baking books. I gained most of my baking knowledge from google, youtube, instagram, and lots of experimentation 😅

    Is it ok if I use my stand mixer to knead the dough?

    • @BaddieNattyBakes
      @BaddieNattyBakes  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes using a stand mixer would work. It would also save you a lot of time 😂

    Is this for sandwiches? Ive saw this recipe a few times and no one had made anything with it

    • @BaddieNattyBakes
      @BaddieNattyBakes  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, this bread can be made into sandwiches but honestly you can eat it any way you like 😅 I personally like to cut it into slices, toast it, and eat it with toppings like butter or Nutella.

    Can I use all purpose flour instead of bread flour?

    • @BaddieNattyBakes
      @BaddieNattyBakes  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi ! Yes, all purpose flour would be fine, the bread just might not rise as high. I would also reduce the milk and water by 10 grams. Happy baking 😊

      I MADE IT!!
      For anyone who doesn’t have bread flour ALL PURPOSE FLOUR works perfectly!
      Requires lots of patience but the results were amazing!
