I live in the US. Even on a 6 hour flight here some airlines don't even offer a sandwich for purchase, let alone getting served one. A tuna sandwich and a drink, to some can be considered a snack, but it's still a meal service. On an 11 hour flight, getting served 3 times is rare no matter what you choose to call it.

I have tried China Airline's all three classes, I like their economy, love the business class, but not so impressed with the premium economy due to its hard shell design. When you recline, the seat moves forward and compresses your leg room. But the food is definitely great, not just good, in all three classes.

This is a perfect example of why Taiwan is not part of Mainland China. It will never be part of China. The people, the culture and the way business is conducted is very different. Taiwan is a modern country. China is still in the feudal age. I can say EVA and China Airlines are comparable to Singapore and Korean. Air China is like Spirit or Ryan Air.
According to the current Constitution of the Republic of China, Taiwan and mainland China are part of the same country. Due to the special relationship between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, the constitutional jurisdiction of the Republic of China and the People's Republic of China is legally defined to include each other's territories. Currently, the Republic of China classifies its national territory into three regions: the mainland area, the Hong Kong and Macau area, and the Taiwan area. The Taiwan area falls under the jurisdiction of the Republic of China's constitution, while the other two areas fall under the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China's constitution. As a result, the entry and exit procedures for mainland Chinese citizens, as well as Hong Kong and Macau residents who are not considered foreigners, differ from those for foreigners. They need to apply for an Entry and Exit Permit for the Taiwan Area of the Republic of China, rather than a visa.

Another great video! Thank you for the awesome content.. although I’m curious if anyone has any tips about using capital one points for JAL and what partner airline to go through for that? Lol
