luff in mainsail is too long and needs some darts cut in it. La randa ha la balumina troppo lunga e ha bisogno di alcuni tagli a freccia per essere ridotta per una migliore forma della vela. Bel progetto !
Very nifty idea to have a lash-on subframe. I guess the gaff halyard also tensions the forestay. That polyester fibre material, was it sown or heat-seam hemmed? Kind regards.

Thanks, the material seems particular but it is a simple cloth to cover objects, normally used in Italy for the garden.

The sail was simply sewn with a sturdy thread, best regards

sure, with strong wind, the easiest way is to wrap the bow.

I suggest you need resistance, to leeward drift around the centre of effort of the sail.
