Done in 2001 by the "Future Stars" Middle School video production program. We featured the top 35 players in the state of New York back then and condensed it into a one hour video documentary, and won three cable television awards for the project. Sorry you didn't like it.....I think Ben really enjoyed it, particularly since no one had video footage on him before he became the NBA star.
Hi John....are you referring to the entire "Future Stars" documentary? If so, I would have to go to the archive. As you may be aware, the project was done on Hi-8 and 8 mm. We bounced it down to DVD and truly wish our students were using digital and well as the final cut formats. Ratchmaxx 30 may have been happy!
Vernon, Is there a way to see the footage from the whole documentary? That's around the time I started becoming an NYC hoops and to an extent national HS hoops fan (I was 16 at the time I guess)... I'd love to see it.
Hi John....sorry it has taken so long to get back to you...I really have no excuses other than lazyiness....I do believe there are a few copies left in the achives..and I thnk the video production kids charge about $20.00 or so..if you get this old message...and interesting, simply let me know
