I'm still in the process of learning through practice. From my experience I see that rigging is difficult to achieve perfection. but additional controllers or shape keys can help, which can be adjusted to align places on the model that are curled or flattened.
There are so many things I would actually like to ask you ahaha, first of all though, I wanted to know the models of the worms, how did you make them? in the future I would also like to make some models inspired by the first 3D games and I would like to understand if you only used the images that you can easily find on Google as visual references or if you found some concept art or similar where you can better understand the proportions and similar@@ARTemychDigitalARTS
The model of Worm has been exported from Worms 4 Mayhem game with programm XomView. Then I modified this model, delete triangles, make some changes to base mesh. Added modificators and make new rig from zero. But this rig still needed be better. Eyes and eyelids is a new mesh by me. And About references - I just looking some time from free Google images or just watching worms gameplay.@@sergiomanzoni5687
All another models in Crank Worms was created by me from zero .The only exception is the builder's helmet, which I also exported from the "Worms 4" game and improved a little. In the future maybe I will export some more models, like bazooka or mines.@@sergiomanzoni5687

Seeing worms content after all those years just feels nostalgic, i miss these classic turn based worms games, especially the 3D ones
