The of the train, bell, and whistle always makes me smile when I hear them. It brings memories to me. Most good. Like the smell (I like it) and the feeling of a cinder in my eye (one of my less happy memories, but one of my only bad ones) I also remember the feeling of the train moving.
Great Job Caleb. I’ve had the honor of riding in the cabs of both locomotives in years past. I’ve been coming to the park since the during the Gold Rush Junction, Silver Dollar City, and now Dollywood years. These locomotives are special and it’s something Dollywood really prides their self on. I’m so glad to see you guys taking such great care of them. My wife and I still visit about 1-2 times a year and yes the train is something I’ll ride at least more than once. lol!
