    Interesting video. I think it is important that when you have anxiety/ other emotions during ranked that you don't try to ignore them. If you focus on allowing them to be there while you are playing your body will get accustomed to it and the emotions won't be as bad. Getting mad has other emotions underneath like shame/fear of not being enough and you need to allow those to be there and not let them control you to progress. Playing ranked this way is the fastest way to improve.

    Man ranked anxiety ruind my mental health, everytime i play ranked i either win against the 1# in my region or lose to someone who dont even know how to move because of that weird feeling in the liver

    this video is pretty accurate, though I'd add another experience: I have this ocd kind of thing that makes me only wanna play rank when I'm at my absolute peak of the day, so I have anxiety constantly asking myself "am I warmed up enough?" and a couple matches later asking "am I getting tired?", so the anxiety comes from obsession with wanting to minmax the mental and mechanical status lol
