if you wanna do this cant just practice it if you have a taekwondo gym near by go sign up you will learn it at yellow belt its a jumping cresent kick but we call it the jumping out-in kick our coach tells us that ok

@dhanger3450 If u block a kick that was going for the waist, it does not count as a warning bc it has to actually hit. If u got any other questions, I'm happy to answer
