Rebuilding a cylinder head with the help of a freezer and an oven - Laverda SF750

Heating up the cylinder head and cam chain wheel in the oven, and putting the two cam halves in the freezer makes the cylinder head assembly much much easier.

Hi Alder where did you get the crank lightened ballance and polish done I am starting a rep build soon thanks

I did the lightening and polishing myself.
I sent the crank to Alpha Bearings in Birmingham to get straightened and a friend (who’s a professional balancer) got the whole assembly running smooth.
