Hey girl, have you heard of the 3 step hydration method these natural hair specialists have been talking about. (no oils, butters or creams).. I haven't seen any SA hair influencers talk about it so I was just wondering if you know about it. The premise of it is to simplify our wash day routines. You wash and condition (they go in depth about technique as well) and then style with either a botanical gel or a styling mouse. They recommend gels for wash n go's, and mouse for braidouts/twistouts. It has basically completely debunked the LCO/LOC method and in general what we think we know about our natural hair. Not tryna convert anyone tho (to each their own), I have yet to try it but I'm interested in your thoughts on it?
heyy I have heard about it but never tried it because my hair is damaged so i’ll stick to what i know for now before trying out other things. Also.. i don’t use creams on my hair. just leave in and oil

Dude you not giving full details. You keep the conditioner for how long before rinsing? After applying that shampoo and massaging your sculpt, what did you do? You rinse all of it out or leave a bit?🙇♀️
as long as the bottle says or even longer. & there’s text on the screen at all the rinsing intervals. i never leave rinse out products in my hair when rinsing
