Excellent video series! Lots of useful information and very well explained. Just one minor point... When buying a residence you do not have to buy the prerequisite houses. You can buy the last house in a set without buying any of the ones before it. Thus, you are not limited to the blue houses, you can buy any grey you want to use as a residence. I only mention this for any new player who has low CP so they can still get the residence they prefer. This only works for buying a residence, workshops require buying prerequisite houses.

Mastery clothes like the Manos Alchemist's Clothes do reduce crafting time as well. Up to 7 seconds time reduction.
