The only thing holding the guests back now is allegiance to an operator or hopes of a sponsorship. Now we need to find a brave pro willing to personally sacrifice for the good of the community.

The problem is the solver it isn't the gizmo it is the GTO player who is a bore, won't talk, just sit there, and drains the life out of the game.
They're a huge problem. It's amazing it never even crosses their mind to think about why bad players play and to give them something for their money.
