No, you wouldn't trade, lol. Not even for one day. Your comment was sweet and lovely. But watching this, you see first hand how hard it is for us black women to grow and maintain long, healthy hair. Most just can't do it. And I guarantee you, if people would be honest, there is not one black woman here who wouldn't jump at the chance to switch with you permanently, and have YOUR easy care, easily grown, long, naturally straight hair.

You cannot please everyone, so thank God that you have talent and you using it. I am sixty years old. I went from so much stylist and each one was different. To me although they were different, the end job was beautiful. So just ignore the haters and continue doing your beautiful job.

Crystal I sit and watch your videos and it feels like I’m in a classroom and sometimes I watch your videos and it feels like I’m at work with you all day. I watch your videos because you are so PASSIONATE and KNOWLEDGEABLE at the work you do. I learn a lot with each video. Just imagine if you ran classes. Think of the kind of the money you would make and there would be tons of mini me’s (well mini you’s) added to this industry with all of that passion. I am in Mississippi, too! I wish I lived closer. My hair is natural, coarse, and getting longer and longer. Since I teach college, my students like to touch my hair, play in it, and imitate it. So, I keep it braided but would love to wear it out more.

I enjoyed your video. When you were using the curling iron to straighten her hair, it reminded me when my mom use to pull my hair with the curling iron as well. I'm 71 years old so that was about a little more than 56 years ago. When I started going to the shop as an adult the beauticians didn't know what I was talking about.

You know, I used to feel some type of way about my stylist juggling heads at his salon, until I realized that is where his best game happens! He gets very intuitive and inspired when he works like that, and really gets into his zone. Some people do, it’s a legit workstyle. Since I want him at his best, I’m happy to be juggled!
