Both shades look so natural on you and definitely don’t look orange against your complexion. These bronzers are giving sun-kissed perfection. I can’t wait to try out Bronze Divinity now. Thanks for another detailed PMG review 😊.
Well, if you know you both have the same skin tone (i.e. you both have a shade between 15 and 20 in the Pat foundation), is not such a bizarre thing to assume you would get the same shades of bronzer.
Oh boy, I bought the Nirvana shade, but I need to get the #5 duo. My shade in the foundation is 22😒🫣😫. I was hesitant to get the one with the glow, but after seeing your video, I really think I need that one😊😅😉😉

I bought shade 1 and 2 with my lighter complexion with more reddish undertones i gave away also everything that Chanel made, bronzer, what a mess for lighter skintones, to orange. Not Pat! She knows shades! At least for my complexion. Because, not all, but lots of lighter people have reddish undertones or only burn when they see the sun, also with SPF. My PMG bronzer package arrived today.👍Fast, so much better than a few years before, i mean, i live in The Netherlands, Europe. So: shade 1 is really really nice, with a bit of warmth but not to warm! Shade 2 is gonna be my most used, i think, not as cool as TF Terra, but that is not always needed in summer, although, if Ford stops the Terra i buy 10 of them i think. But these 2 lightest bronzers from PMG are close to the bronzing bricks from VB in shades 1 and 2 was my first thought, did not swatch them against all my powder bronzers yet. Very good work from Pat: Chanel, but also Hermes can learn from her! However: i'm happy when everybody is happy, especially also rich complexions. I remember that CT fixed that, when was it, 2, or 3 years ago, people with rich complexion were also satisfied and happy, as far as i can remember. I hope here too! Alicia, you’ve got me excited for bronzers! I have to say that Pat’s bronzer shades are beautiful. Your complexion looks so radiant! Pat obviously knows her colors, as the tones of these bronzers warm up the complexion without looking muddy. I purchased the bronzer in Nude Honey, which looked the most neutral to me for my light complexion. I also picked up the eyeshadow palette, and her Lip Lust in the shade Bronze Temptation. That one looked like the most pigmented for her lip glosses.

At first I was disappointed because usually am in the pretty fair skin tone range and am pale, so naturally, I ordered Pat’s bronzer in the lightest shade….it arrived and could have almost been a normal setting powder bc it was so light! So I returned & ordered the next shade up in Nude Honey and I’m not mad at it! I only wish one of the lighter shades had a little “pearl” or glow in it but oh well. Haven’t used the bronzer enough yet to know if it’s as good as her blushes-so I’ll have to use it more. Thanks for your hot take on these bronzers, Alicia❣️❣️🫶🫶

Oh my the description of the bronzer - so appealing! I am waiting for Nude Honey to arrive and interested in seeing swatches of the others to see if anything else will work. I don’t really tan - I go a dull brown-red with sun so the most natural shades on me are red tones without too much orange. I’d love some other colours but need to see if they will be too yellow or orange before I go for it. Great to see the swatches of the ones you got.
I would love to know what you think! The coloring can be tricky because if too warm then yes too orange. I heard that the Jones Road line up had more neutral hues!

Great video! It looks beautiful on you. I purchased the deepest shade. I'm so excited. I selfishly wish the pan was larger. But it's really not necessary. As someone of deeper complexion in the summer, I feel I just get darker. I don't get tan or sunburn. So, I tend to prefer more neutral shades. I'll report back after Summer 2023. Now I'm excited about future face pallettes. Drum role, please!

Light cool toned here and I also tan relatively easy… never thought of it before but I don’t tan to a bronze-y color! I’m definitely more on the neutral side with a tan so I use a “contour” color for my “bronzing”.
That makes sense! I guess it all depends on the color you would naturally produce, and would have to use a product that’s marketed as a “contour” but will serve as your bronzer.
Hi Alicia, I actually do prefer bronzers without to much warmth. I am a pale olive in winter and I like my bronzers to be muted and neutral. I do tan in the summer quite easily, but it’s still more of a neutral/ green tan than a warm tan :), undertones don’t typically change if you tan, only the depth.
Thank you, Sandra! I do love the color 🥰 And I think pairing this more yellow toned shade with Divine Rose III is a great match. Whereas Desert Glow I would pair with more terracotta shades. I actually layered them yesterday, and they both look great together!
Looks good! I think I’m leaning more toward Desert Glow than Bronze Nirvana, but I am currently enjoying Haus Labs bronzer and other bronzers in my collection. I think I can pass on this until the next PMG sale.

As promised, feedback on the PML Love collection all mattes eyeshadow palette: I really like it, quality is nice, but you’re not really missing much if you don’t buy it.

I ordered two of the Pat McGrath Divine Bronzers but not the duo. I got Desert Glow (5). I love the shade and the pearlized glowy finish. And I ordered Bronze Dawn (3) for it's more golden tone. Bronze Nirvana seemed a little too close in shade to Desert Glow for me. I can't wait to pair them with my PMG Divine Blushes and Highlighters. I'm a pretty close shade match with you. My PMG Skin Fetish shade is M16.
Ordered the lightest duo. For me. I have to be careful with the shade. I need more cool toned bronzers otherwise they turn orange on me…I have a cool undertone. Great video! Love all the comparisons

I just ordered this morning when I had a break at work and I was trying to stay awake. I ordered the set with Bronze Nirvana and Bronze Dawn. I’m light medium/medium skin tone. For me, powder bronzers are like a second thought in my makeup routine. I use one until I finish and I get another one. I figured it’s time to toss the one I’ve been using because it’s old.

I really like nirvana on you. I think either works well but i like the undertone of nirvana better. Usually for bronzer i want warm as in yellow (i hate to say orange lol) but def not red. Anything golden bronze like Gucci 3 is usually where i stay

I have a light medium skin with cool undertones and my tan is a cool reddish brown. I’m somewhat in usual in the sense that I do tan even though I have a cool undertone. I think it’s throwing in the Cherokee Indian DNA from my dad, with my mix of Irish, German, and Austrian. So, for example, the Gucci bronzer and shade number two is perfect to mimic a tan for me.
Pale girl who needs a neutral undertone bronzer here! I already have so much orange in my skin, any more and I look like an oompa loompa. 😂 A bronzer with a red undertone is also fine, I don't go brown, orange or yellow in the sun. 😊 Nice thorough review as always!
@@aliciaarcher I can recommend Hatice schmidt's lightest bronzer. She's a german infuencer, it has a red undertone. Also Charlotte tilbury's bronze and glow (light) is very nuetral. I have 2 more that are discontinued, so I won't mentioned. Not gunna lie the 2 lightest PML are tugging on my wallet. 😅
I got 006 duo. I think it might be a little dark now. Will just have to use less of it. 004 looked very light. Haven't gotten them yet. Can't wait to put try them out!!!

Hey Alicia I saw this and instantly opened it. I picked up Nude Honey the neutral cool and Desert Glow for a bit more of the sunkissed warmth to layer when its quite summery. When your skin is super pale white with blue undertones so red and blue bloody veins in your cheeks anything gold makes me look like i painted my face with a yellow highlighter. the cool natural bronzers come off on my skin like i have a bit of a natural tan which looks very good on my skin because i dont tan. it can be used to contor but for my skin tone and the rosecha in my cheeks the cool neutral bronzer looks real and natural on my skin as a bronzer. If you compare Pats bronzers with hourglass im going to love then because i love hourglass i wear it everytime i do my makeup. Like i said my cheeks are quite rosey so i dont like a pink blush i always use a neutral more brown redish blush and its magnificent for people my color and undertone
I bought the same exact shades, neither of which appear to be coming to Sephora. I figured Nude Honey looked like a great every day shade, and I thought I could use Desert Glow for a more dramatic look. I'm also pretty pale (NC10-15) with a golden/yellow undertone, so I think these will work wonderfully.
Aw I am foundation shade light 2! I got the second bronzer color because i dont have any yellow or warm in my skin i hope it works for me. I wear the Charlotte Tillbury cream bronzer that came out last summer im the lightest neutraal shade and its a good shade for me
I also got shade 2 the neutral honey shade and I really hope it works well for my fair cool undertone. Anything yellow, orange, or golden makes me look like an umpa lumpa. Shade 1 the fairest shade seemed so yellow and warm on Pat's live so that was an instant no. Can't wait to review it. I'm hoping this shade works for us all! ❤

The bronzers look good. “Nirvana” has a nice yellow based warmth while “glow” is red and toasty. You could possibly try the lighter one-“Dawn” I think. I’m living vicariously through you all as I can’t wear the product due to cornstarch 😭 I had to email them for the ingredients!! I got two bronzers for $63 like you but have to return them😢
I tried to post yesterday but not sure why it didn't make it? Anyways, Alicia amazing vid as always. I'm conflicted, though. I ordered 004 duo too but they're so orange! They give me Fenty Hunnie Glaze/Bajan Gyal vibes and no matter how beautiful those shades are on the skin, I always end up paranoid that I look like a certain Former Guy...They're amazing on you and we're shade twins so I'll still try them but I may end up grabbing Bronze Divinity just to soothe my anxiety. 😂
I hear you! And I forgot to bring those shades out to compare! I found if that if I use a more neutral foundation, it balances out. But I’m more neutral anyway, despite my desire to be more golden 😅 When I wear Pat’s foundation in M17, the warmth from the bronzer comes on strong, but when I wear it over Laura’s Real Flawless in Ginger, it appears more balanced. I think Desert Glow is more tawny, no?
@@aliciaarcher Oh how I wish I could say, but my package won’t arrive until April 10 🤬. I literally ordered 2 seconds after they went live and there’s always a 2-3 day delay from whatever they predict for an arrival date so this is likely to be another 2 week gap between order placed and arrival, as per usual. Once again, I would’ve been better off waiting until they got to Sephora but since they never give us the Sephora release date (especially if they delay the Sephora release until after a pending sale) you can never plan…UGH. So frustrating!!
I wanted the glow one to use how they showed on pats live. I know it would be to light for a bronzer on me but the used a fluffy powder brush to put it on different areas of the face to give a beautiful your skin but better glow. I thought I would wait for it to come to Sephora but it doesn’t look like they are going to get that particular one
I prefer Desert Glow on you, the other one imo is too orange for you. I think you could’ve done with a bit more though 😛 I love a glowy bronzer and though I wasn’t planning on getting a new one I think I just might...

I’m waiting for Sephora sale for the bronzer. But I’m having to go more talc free clean makeup like since I have adult acne and eczema a and all these medicated topicals and blah blah the sun and I aren’t meeting much. No beach in 4 years.
I only purchased bronze divinity. I was tempted to go lighter but I know I am at my lightest right now and once I am out in the garden I am going to be browner. Hopefully, it will be wearable year around but it's not like I NEED a new bronzer. When CT launched a bunch of shades I bought my summer shade in the compact and winter as a refill. I didn't feel as bad about being high-maintenance since there was less packaging.
I bought mine launch day and still waiting on a shipping notification 😭 I got the 002 duo the 2nd shade and 3rd shade I can't wait to get them. I just wish she would of done different color packaging for the bronzers cause they look just like the blush packaging can be a pain unless you keep your blush and bronzer in a different location.... But still it would of been nice I guess!

never thought of it before but I don’t tan to a bronze-y color! I’m definitely more on the neutral side with a tan so I use a “contour” color for my “bronzing”.
That makes sense! I guess it all depends on the color you would naturally produce, and would have to use a product that’s marketed as a “contour” but will serve as your bronzer.

Hi Alicia, I actually do prefer bronzers without to much warmth. I am a pale olive in winter and I like my bronzers to be muted and neutral. I do tan in the summer quite easily, but it’s still more of a neutral/ green tan than a warm tan :), undertones don’t typically change if you tan, only the depth.
Bronze nirvana on it’s own, looks like a perfectly natural and lovely tan.

Looks good! I think I’m leaning more toward Desert Glow than Bronze Nirvana, but I am currently enjoying Haus Labs bronzer and other bronzers in my collection. I think I can pass on this until the next PMG sale.

I SO wished the lightest shade had gold pearls too 😢 but seeing your swatch that the pearls are less obvious and impactful than I thought, maybe I should just bite the bullet and buy it!
Yeah it’s not as pearly as the pearl finishes in the blush. It definitely doesn’t have as much shine as Desert Orchid.

I ordered two of the Pat McGrath Divine Bronzers but not the duo. I got Desert Glow (5). I love the shade and the pearlized glowy finish. And I ordered Bronze Dawn (3) for it's more golden tone. Bronze Nirvana seemed a little too close in shade to Desert Glow for me. I can't wait to pair them with my PMG Divine Blushes and Highlighters. I'm a pretty close shade match with you. My PMG Skin Fetish shade is M16.

I just ordered this morning when I had a break at work and I was trying to stay awake. I ordered the set with Bronze Nirvana and Bronze Dawn. I’m light medium/medium skin tone. For me, powder bronzers are like a second thought in my makeup routine. I use one until I finish and I get another one. I figured it’s time to toss the one I’ve been using because it’s old.

I really like nirvana on you. I think either works well but i like the undertone of nirvana better. Usually for bronzer i want warm as in yellow (i hate to say orange lol) but def not red. Anything golden bronze like Gucci 3 is usually where i stay

I have a light medium skin with cool undertones and my tan is a cool reddish brown. I’m somewhat in usual in the sense that I do tan even though I have a cool undertone. I think it’s throwing in the Cherokee Indian DNA from my dad, with my mix of Irish, German, and Austrian.
So, for example, the Gucci bronzer and shade number two is perfect to mimic a tan for me.
Ah ok: That’s why I also like the bronzer in Natasha’s Bronze and Glow palette- they have they have a similar tawny vibe.
Pale girl who needs a neutral undertone bronzer here! I already have so much orange in my skin, any more and I look like an oompa loompa. 😂 A bronzer with a red undertone is also fine, I don't go brown, orange or yellow in the sun. 😊 Nice thorough review as always!

@@aliciaarcher I can recommend Hatice schmidt's lightest bronzer. She's a german infuencer, it has a red undertone. Also Charlotte tilbury's bronze and glow (light) is very nuetral. I have 2 more that are discontinued, so I won't mentioned. Not gunna lie the 2 lightest PML are tugging on my wallet. 😅
I got 006 duo. I think it might be a little dark now. Will just have to use less of it. 004 looked very light. Haven't gotten them yet. Can't wait to put try them out!!!

Hey Alicia I saw this and instantly opened it. I picked up Nude Honey the neutral cool and Desert Glow for a bit more of the sunkissed warmth to layer when its quite summery. When your skin is super pale white with blue undertones so red and blue bloody veins in your cheeks anything gold makes me look like i painted my face with a yellow highlighter. the cool natural bronzers come off on my skin like i have a bit of a natural tan which looks very good on my skin because i dont tan. it can be used to contor but for
my skin tone and the rosecha in my cheeks the cool neutral bronzer looks real and natural on my skin as a bronzer. If you compare Pats bronzers with hourglass im going to love then because i love hourglass i wear it everytime i do my makeup. Like i said my cheeks are quite rosey so i dont like a pink blush i always use a neutral more brown redish blush and its magnificent for people my color and undertone
I bought the same exact shades, neither of which appear to be coming to Sephora. I figured Nude Honey looked like a great every day shade, and I thought I could use Desert Glow for a more dramatic look. I'm also pretty pale (NC10-15) with a golden/yellow undertone, so I think these will work wonderfully.
Aw I am foundation shade light 2! I got the second bronzer color because i dont have any yellow or warm in my skin i hope it works for me. I wear the Charlotte Tillbury cream bronzer that came out last summer im the lightest neutraal shade and its a good shade for me

I also got shade 2 the neutral honey shade and I really hope it works well for my fair cool undertone. Anything yellow, orange, or golden makes me look like an umpa lumpa. Shade 1 the fairest shade seemed so yellow and warm on Pat's live so that was an instant no. Can't wait to review it. I'm hoping this shade works for us all! ❤

The bronzers look good. “Nirvana” has a nice yellow based warmth while “glow” is red and toasty. You could possibly try the lighter one-“Dawn” I think. I’m living vicariously through you all as I can’t wear the product due to cornstarch 😭 I had to email them for the ingredients!! I got two bronzers for $63 like you but have to return them😢

I tried to post yesterday but not sure why it didn't make it? Anyways, Alicia amazing vid as always. I'm conflicted, though. I ordered 004 duo too but they're so orange! They give me Fenty Hunnie Glaze/Bajan Gyal vibes and no matter how beautiful those shades are on the skin, I always end up paranoid that I look like a certain Former Guy...They're amazing on you and we're shade twins so I'll still try them but I may end up grabbing Bronze Divinity just to soothe my anxiety. 😂
I hear you! And I forgot to bring those shades out to compare! I found if that if I use a more neutral foundation, it balances out. But I’m more neutral anyway, despite my desire to be more golden 😅 When I wear Pat’s foundation in M17, the warmth from the bronzer comes on strong, but when I wear it over Laura’s Real Flawless in Ginger, it appears more balanced. I think Desert Glow is more tawny, no?
@@aliciaarcher Oh how I wish I could say, but my package won’t arrive until April 10 🤬. I literally ordered 2 seconds after they went live and there’s always a 2-3 day delay from whatever they predict for an arrival date so this is likely to be another 2 week gap between order placed and arrival, as per usual. Once again, I would’ve been better off waiting until they got to Sephora but since they never give us the Sephora release date (especially if they delay the Sephora release until after a pending sale) you can never plan…UGH. So frustrating!!
I wanted the glow one to use how they showed on pats live. I know it would be to light for a bronzer on me but the used a fluffy powder brush to put it on different areas of the face to give a beautiful your skin but better glow. I thought I would wait for it to come to Sephora but it doesn’t look like they are going to get that particular one

I’m waiting for Sephora sale for the bronzer. But I’m having to go more talc free clean makeup like since I have adult acne and eczema a and all these medicated topicals and blah blah the sun and I aren’t meeting much. No beach in 4 years.
I only purchased bronze divinity. I was tempted to go lighter but I know I am at my lightest right now and once I am out in the garden I am going to be browner. Hopefully, it will be wearable year around but it's not like I NEED a new bronzer. When CT launched a bunch of shades I bought my summer shade in the compact and winter as a refill. I didn't feel as bad about being high-maintenance since there was less packaging.
