    It'd be nice to see someone buy it and restore it and turn it into to a bed and breakfast so it'd be commercial and still there

    Is the house still there or was it sold? Too bad an historical society couldn’t acquire it. Another interesting family with Blacksburg/SWVA ties is the Hoges.

      I live in Bristol. The white house at the first part of the video is owned by the Bristol Historical Association. The large brick house at 7:37 is abandoned. The owners are siblings and the last I heard of the property one wanted to sell and the other didn't. So its been vacant/abandon since around 2009.
