ARGH that is so frustrating, APOLOGIES! I've had a play with the Ad placements and hopefully they are not in the middle of exercises any more. I will also try to remember to do this for future videos... Thank you for letting me know! ❤️

Ads in the middle of an exercise = very annoying❤️
