    Mine is actually all 4 and have a similar story. It's been 2 years. My QL's on both sides are the most painful. I actually strained them by lifting something very heavy over my head. No one has helped me. So what can I do? It hurts to sit and even more sitting to standing. And the mid and medius from snowshoeing and no one!! Has been able to help. What are some exercises I can do?

      Sorry to hear, there are so many things to do… but if you strained/spasmed the muscles they need to relax for you to get to pain free. I think the best first steps are learning the 4 muscles (where they are and literally feel them) then spend time massaging them (at home or with a PT/professional). Hope this helps best of luck!
