Chakli Ingredients
Rice flour 4 cups
Gram flour/ Besan 1 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder 2 tsp
Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
Grated coconut 1 katori
Jaggery 1/2 katori
Salt to taste
Tamarind pulp 1 tbsp
Oil to fry
