Child support is oft times necessary. The slavery minded think they're still just sperm donors for the massuh. Do BETTER. So you can make your own child support arrangements. Ashley is a bitter sister. That's NOT a reason to put Raffi on child support. Being with his son and giving her some time to herself is invaluable. MANY of us sisters NEVER had that type of support. In more purposeful child support if you will.
The mental health and analytical skills of this audience it's frightening for the culture.

Ok I'm going to get a lot of backlash from woman for this but some (safety disclaimer) of woman can't deal with seeing an ex move on with they life. They also (some women) do not now how to communicate with they ex partner or child's father. They act act looking for that conversation elrather than just cone to they and speak on it. The court system favors the women and women have been known to still not allow fathers to see their children. Then you have to take off work and go to court for that. It can be a headache. It’s always the father’s fault in most people’s eyes.

You don’t use child support as a get back. It doesn’t matter how much you tell or warn someone. That’s not cool at all. That’s a character flaw. Unfortunately women do it all the time and never get called in it. They rationalize it even though they know they’re wrong and society as a whole justifies it but see nothing wrong with the women not allowing the men to see their children. It’s another way to destroy the family but for some reason we don’t see it that way.

So she can claim and prove that he is improvishing himself. He went from owning a popular car detail business to a security guard. courts look at your w2 and 1099 forms for the past 3 to 4 years. Thats gonna hurt him in court.
She can try to claim he intentionally impoverished himself but she will fail.
It doesn’t because he’s the defendant. If he’d gone and complained about his visitation rights then she’d be the defendant. Rafi doesn’t pay enough attention to how the legal system works for it to benefit him and by him not having a set schedule working a security job doesn’t help. It can be a little better if he uses the legal system and listens to his lawyer’s advice to learn how to navigate the legal system.
