For those of you who think MIKE should have pressed charges, tell the truth, and allow JAYSON to go to jail for a long time; I understand and respect why MIKE could not do it. MIKE did not want to add any more trauma to that family after RICH committed suicide. If JAYSON would have gotten locked up on top of RICH'S suicide, that would fully destroy that family for good and possibly lead to even more suicides.
