Hey there! Just a heads up, when you submit this form, it'll use Ajax so you won't be redirected to another page. If you're comfortable with it, would you mind sharing the link to your website? I'd love to take a look and help you with any problems you're having.
If you need a contact form that can handle file uploads, you might want to try the Kadence plugin. This form is just a basic one and does not support that feature.
@@WPCookie Going for SMTP would mean I need sendinblue or sendlayer or Google/Gmail which should I go for? and it seems the first two are paid for and the last one has a learning curve and other obstacles but let me hear from you

Yes. Most of the time, the problem is because the web server has disabled the "PHP mail function". You should switch to SMTP.
