This is very useful, thank you. Trying to get the most out of Rhino; It's so much easier to keep track of line weights when you can see them before printing, while you work.

Good job Victoria, you have a nice and calm way to present it makes very easy for slow learner like me to understand.

Great job, Victoria! You are an excellent teacher - to the point and teach at a good pace - I learned what I needed to know in show time! Thank you!

First of all thank you for this helpful video!
I would recommend you for the future if you want to change the layouts you can just double klick down where the layouts are shown an selct it there as well.

Great video! For some reason there are so few layout tutorials for Rhino and it is the most frustrating part of the software for creating construction drawings for complex models.

I find the UI for creating 2D drawings in Rhino is not the greatest but good for a basic set of drawings. Glad it was helpful!

Victoria, thank you so much for creating this series, these videos are incredibly helpful in teaching me to use Rhino. I am trying to adjust the scale of the detail view in the plot layout (paperspace), and when I enter in the scale that you have, it zooms far out and my plan looks like a pinprick. I am not sure what I am doing incorrectly, could you advise?

Hi Jillian - glad these videos are helpful to you! A couple things - you can always double click inside the detail view and type in zoom into the command line and then choose extents. This should bring your drawing back in view. Take note of the detail view scale at this point - select the detail view outline and check properties to see the scale. You may be simply choosing a scale that will not fit in the detail view. Hope this helps!
