Hi, I have a hp pagewide pro mfp 477dw. When printing, the paper does not eject all the way out to the output tray which results a paper jam error. I have to open the left door to pull the paper out. Can you please advise what to fix. Thanks
@@HPSupport, I went through most of the steps as described. However, the printed paper is always ejected more than half way out which results jam error and I have to pull out the paper. I am wondering is there sensor issue in the duplexer area? Thanks
